  • 2 cups chow mein noodles (crispy Asian noodles)
  • 1 cup toasted nuts (almonds, peanuts, cashews, or pistachios)

Instructions
  1. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
  2. Melt your chocolate chips according to package instructions.
  3. Add the chow mein noodles and nuts to the melted chocolate and fold gently until coated.
  4. Heap teaspoon-sized portions onto your parchment paper.
  5. Let them cool at room temperature for a few minutes, or place them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt after removing from the freezer, if desired.
